We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us, which is why we stand by our 30 day Returns Guarantee for all our products. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in perfect, resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt.

Returning items to us is easy with our printable, prefilled returns labels from CollectPlus. CollectPlus is a very reliable and highly rated delivery service.

How to Return using CollectPlus

1. Click here to generate our prefilled return postage label (Pillow Carry® Bag weighs less than 2kg)

2. Purchase and Print the Label and stick onto your parcel

3. Drop your Parcel to one of 5,500 Local CollectPlus Stores!

Returns for International Customers

We currently do not offer a prefilled Returns Label for our International Customers, please send your items to the Returns Address above via your chosen courier.

Refunds

Once the parcel is received back at our Returns Address, we will process an exchange or we will issue you a refund within 2 working days. We don’t refund the original Tracked post and packaging charge (£3.99) unless the item arrived damaged / faulty. However, if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.
